SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please find below the conditions of shipping and delivery.
Ramza Express delivery: it is only available in Ile de France region
Shipping conditions :
Delivery is free above 50 euros order*
Delivery cost is 9,99 below 50 euros order
Delivery time is between 24H to 72h
The day before the delivery, customers will receive the approximate time of delivery by Whatsapp service or by E-mail.
The number of delivery attemps will be only one, please make sure to be at home at this time
The delivery will be made at the doorsteps of all types of houses and at RDC in case of multistory residence without lift.
IMPORTANT for Ramza Express delivery method:
The client doesn’t have the flexibility to choose delivery time as per their convenience. We have a few restrictions to follow the delivery route planned for the day. If the client refuses the estimated delivery time, we will postpone it to the next delivery day.
The client should provide necessary access details such as gate access code, floor number, door number..etc to make the delivery. if we can’t make delivery due to the lack of information or the customer failed to attend the call when we attempt to make the delivery, the delivery will be considered as failed.
Transporter delivery
2 methods :
POINT RELAIS ( pick point)
We work with multiple transporter services to deliver your goods at your nearest pick point that you have selected while placing your order.
As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by whatsapp service or by E-mail.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the tracking number provided while it is in transit. The customer can contact specified transporter customer service department or our store with any queries or issues they may have over your parcel. If the Customer failed to check their mail with tracking information or failed to collect the package from their pickup point, we are not responsible and any claim for the refund of that particular order will be voided.
Customer opting out for Pickup Point delivery system should collect the package within 7 days. For customers ordering perishables by Pickup point delivery system should collect their packages within 24hrs. if they failed to collect the parcel within 24h after delivery at pickup point, we can’t refund for spoiled perishable items
HOME DELIVERY:

Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Customer should Provide us with the information that we may require to complete the service and ensure that the information provided is accurate in all aspects. All address information supplied on the booking by the customer must be complete and accurate. Any order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address will not be refunded and any claims voided.
If you are also not available to receive the packet in the first attempt, it shall be delivered to a shop or post office close by and shall be mentioned on the note left behind after failed delivery attempt. You would need to carry a French ID to redeem your packet. Your order remains at pick point for 10 subsequent days before it is returned to us.

*Free delivery is not cover for some area of 78, 77 and 91. For these areas, delivery cost is 9,99 €.
